Polaris Web Installation Tutorial

Pop-ups



Upon logging into Polaris you might get a bar appear at the top of your screen notifying you that a pop-up has been blocked by your browser.

If so please follow these instructions:

 
1. Click on the bar and a drop down will appear
2. Click on "Always allow Pop-ups from this site..." and the drop down menu and bar should now disappear.
3. Close and restart internet explorer, log back into Polaris with all pop-ups allowed

 

Printer Scripting Permissions

 

While attempting to print in Polaris you might have a message bar appear at the top of your screen asking you to allow scripting within your browser.

If so please follow these instructions:

 
1. Click on the bar and a drop down will appear
2. Click on "Temporarily allow Scripted Windows..." and the drop down menu and bar should now disappear.
3. A window will appear asking you to run an installer. Please run and allow to finish.
4. You should now be able to print.
